Who we are

UpliftED Finance LLC, a Texas limited liability company, runs UpliftED Finance ("UpliftED", "we", "us").
By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be 18 or older to use UpliftED.

UpliftED teaches money skills. It does not give financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Read our Disclaimer for details.
Talk to a licensed professional before you make a major financial decision.

Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your login details private.
You are responsible for activity on your account.
Delete your account anytime in Account settings. Deletion is permanent.

Premium costs $15 a month in US dollars, plus any applicable tax.
New subscribers get a 3-day free trial. Your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Cancel anytime in Account settings under Manage subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
Stripe processes all payments. We never see or store your full card number.
We give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change. The new price starts at your first renewal after the notice.

Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
Think you were charged by mistake? Email don@uplifted.finance within 30 days of the charge and we will review it.
Deleting your account cancels your subscription right away. It does not refund the current period.

With your permission, we send your top five beliefs to OpenAI to write a personal summary of your results.
AI summaries are general and sometimes wrong. Do not rely on them for financial decisions.
Turn AI summaries off anytime in Account settings.

Do not try to break, overload, scrape, copy, or reverse engineer UpliftED, and do not use another person's account.
We suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

UpliftED owns the lessons, assessments, text, and design in the app and website. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use them while your account is active. Do not copy, share, or resell them.
You own the answers and financial inputs you enter. You let us store and process them to run UpliftED, as our Privacy Policy describes.

We provide UpliftED "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, UpliftED Finance LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for financial decisions you make based on UpliftED.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are between you and UpliftED Finance LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its content, support, or any claims about it.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and have the right to enforce them against you.

We update these terms from time to time and change the date at the top of this page. We email you about material changes.
Using UpliftED after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Texas law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas.
